Mysterious Tower

What is this Big Tower from the Past?

Observe the tower just behind the church above.

Below look for it in the reflection in the window.

You see St Clement had a wonderful wind powered water system. It appears that the windmill pumped water into the cistern tower which then flowed to the school and other buildings thru pipes. There were also reports that this was also a community water system long forgotten. The community had worked together to solve a problem. Wesley Arnold humble historian solved this mystery is still researching this and needs more information.
